About The Position
360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Direct Support Professional to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients build happiness, growth, independence, and participation in their homes and communities. It begins part-time, with at least 20–25 hours per week, and may expand to full-time depending on center needs and the employee’s availability. The listed schedule needs are Monday through Friday after 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday after 8 a.m. The position is in Visalia and pays $19.00–$20.50 per hour based on experience and education, with an additional $0.50 to $2 per hour for applicable cases.
