About The Position

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Direct Support Professional to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients build happiness, growth, independence, and community involvement through daily support and skill development. Positions begin part-time, with a minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week; hours may expand to full-time depending on center needs and availability. Schedule needs are Monday through Friday after 3 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday after 12 p.m. The role is hiring in Fresno and Clovis, California. Pay is $19.00–$20.50 per hour based on experience and education, with an additional $0.50–$2 per hour incentive available for applicable cases. Paid training, structured career pathways, a consistent schedule, team activities, and reimbursement for mileage and phone expenses are offered.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily activities at home and in the community.
• Teach and guide clients in developing social, self-help, and independence skills.
• Support client progress, follow behavior plans, and help clients navigate challenges with patience and care.
• Create opportunities for client safety, independence, and community involvement.
• Track client progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
• Show up for and collaborate with clients and the team.
