About The Position

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Direct Support Professional to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in Fresno and Clovis. The role focuses on helping clients build happiness, growth, and independence through daily support, skill development, and participation at home and in the community.

Positions start part-time, with a minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week. There may be an opportunity to expand to full-time hours depending on center needs and availability. Scheduling needs are Monday through Friday after 3 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday after 12 p.m. Pay is $19.00–$20.50 per hour based on experience and education, with an additional $0.50–$2 per hour incentive available for applicable cases. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Spanish bilingual ability, as specified in the job title.

Responsibilities

• Help children with daily activities at home and in the community.
• Teach and guide clients in developing social, self-help, and independence skills.
• Support client progress, follow behavior plans, and help clients navigate challenges with patience and care.
• Create opportunities for client safety, independence, and community involvement.
• Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
• Participate as a supportive member of the client and team environment.
