About The Position

MV Advancements is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional in McMinnville, Oregon, to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. The role involves providing personal care, preparing meals, administering medication, supporting household routines, and providing transportation. The Direct Support Professional also encourages individuals to pursue personal goals, build skills, participate in the community, and enjoy meaningful activities. Working alongside the Management Team, the employee helps carry out each person’s individualized support plan with dignity, respect, and care.

The position starts at $19.00 per hour, with a 15% shift differential for evening and weekend work. It is part-time. Training and advancement opportunities are available. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and an agency-specific DHS background check.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
