About The Position

As a Direct Support Caregiver at Sevita, you help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You support participants in pursuing their developmental goals, taking part in their communities, and enjoying their favorite activities. This includes assistance with personal hygiene and support for individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. The role calls for a compassionate, patient, and reliable person who can help participants with areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
