Farmers is hiring Direct Sales Representatives for its February 2027 training class. Representatives respond to inbound call-center inquiries, promote Farmers insurance products, understand customers’ needs, and sell the products that best fit those needs. They may also make outbound calls to increase sales potential. Candidates must already be licensed to sell life insurance; Arizona candidates must hold Life and Health licensing as specified in the posting. The role offers guaranteed annual base pay of $38,025–$67,500, depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-based incentives. The typical additional incentive is up to an average of $27,300 annually, while top performers may earn up to $75,000 beyond base pay. A 5% bilingual incentive is also offered. The position is hybrid for employees living within 50 miles of a Farmers corporate office, with at least three days in the office and up to two virtual days each week after training. Qualified candidates in the Pacific and Mountain time zones may be considered for fully virtual roles. Initial training may require in-office attendance. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role consisting of five eight-hour shifts. Employees must be available for shifts scheduled within the department’s operating hours, including possible evenings, rotating Saturdays, and holidays.
