Direct Care Worker - All Shifts - Full and Part Time

About The Position

As a Direct Care Worker at Sunset Manor and Villages, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to residents. You will support their quality-of-life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other needs identified in their plans of care. You will respond promptly to call lights and monitor and assist residents as needed. The role involves working with residents in both memory care and assisted living, as part of a collaborative team. Flexible scheduling is offered. The starting base wage is $16 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for second- or third-shift work. CNA or PCT certification is not required, but certified employees may receive an additional $0.75 per hour. Experience is considered. Responsibilities

Document and chart resident care accurately and on time.
