Direct Care Workers - All Shifts
About The Position
LADACIN is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Care Workers to care for adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in its group homes in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, New Jersey. The agency is a nonprofit that provides educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. Training is available, and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Home Health Aides and CNAs are welcome. A sign-on bonus is offered: $1,000 for full-time hires and $500 for part-time hires. Additional pay is provided for shifts between Friday at 4 p.m. and Monday at 7 a.m. The position pays from $18.00 per hour and is performed in person.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Home Health Aides and CNAs are welcome.
