About The Position

Westminster Communities of Bradenton is hiring a Dining Services Tech I for its Manor Neighborhood community. The role performs a variety of dining-service duties, including minor food assembly, tray assembly, food delivery and service, dishwashing, and cleaning as assigned by supervisors. The position serves residents in a high-volume dining environment and supports preparation for upcoming meal periods.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
Three to six months of experience in a high-volume dining environment or residential clinical dining environment.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and understand and follow written and oral directions.
Ability to perform basic math skills.
Basic knife-handling skills.
Customer service skills.
Full understanding of food-service methods in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
Florida Safe Staff certification is required, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide table service and customer service according to established serving standards and guidelines.
Serve residents’ meals according to meal tickets in a friendly, caring, professional, and timely manner.
Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Wash dishes, cut desserts, and prepare items for the next scheduled meal period or day.
Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor.
