About The Position

Greenridge Estates is a family-owned and operated Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. For 50 years and three generations of leadership we've focused on creating a community that feels like home for every single person who steps foot through the door. Every day we attempt to go above and beyond for our residents, families, and staff! We're looking for a dependable, respectful, and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our family here. As a Dining Room Attendant you have the opportunity to build personal relationships with our residents and staff, making this a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to be in. In collaboration with the Dining Services Director and Cooks, Dining Room Attendants ensure our dining experience dazzles residents!

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant or long-term care environment preferred, but not required.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk/stand 90% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
