About The Position

FLIK is hiring a full-time Dining/Bar Supervisor at Kellogg Global Hub in Evanston, Illinois. This role provides the first level of supervision for food, beverage, and meal services and oversees production. The schedule is on call, with days and hours that may vary. The pay range is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Previous dining experience is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality, good-tasting, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
Review menus and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
Monitor staff daily to ensure systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are used correctly.
Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
Communicate regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
Enforce safety standards with employees.
Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign off on cleaning procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
