DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring a full-time Dining/Bar Supervisor at The Seasons at Alexandria in Alexandria, Kentucky. The position provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production. The supervisor ensures food and beverages are high quality, well presented, and served within established time frames; manages daily functions based on menus and production needs; and monitors staff adherence to systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools. The role also involves assessing guest satisfaction, communicating with staff, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and signing off on cleaning procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. The fixed pay rate is $24.00 per hour. At least one year of supervisory experience is required.

- At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality, good-tasting, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
- Review menus and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
- Monitor staff daily to ensure systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are used correctly.
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
- Communicate regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
- Enforce safety standards with employees.
- Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign off on cleaning procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
