DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring a full-time Dining/Bar Supervisor at Wesley Des Moines Rehabilitation & Care Center in Des Moines, Washington. The position provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while overseeing production. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $24.00 per hour. Prior supervisory and hospitality experience, as well as healthcare experience, are preferred. Training is available. The role is part of the culinary team and supports hospitality and culinary excellence in a care-center setting.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality, good-tasting, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
- Review menus and production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
- Monitor staff daily to ensure systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are used correctly.
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
- Communicate regularly with staff, formally and informally.
- Enforce safety standards with employees.
- Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign off on cleaning procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
