About The Position

Townsquare Interactive is hiring an in-office Digital Sales Representative for its Downtown Phoenix office. The position offers hands-on coaching and a structured training program to develop sales skills and knowledge of digital marketing. The representative will introduce small and medium-sized businesses to Townsquare Interactive’s digital marketing and business management solutions, including website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management. The role focuses on acquiring new clients rather than managing existing accounts. No prior sales experience is required.

• Desire to grow; prior sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to the digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions to drive results.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition; the role does not include account management.
