About The Position

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a data-driven, solutions-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for participating in the strategy, trafficking, implementation, optimization and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital & social platforms. Primary campaign goals, (but are not limited to) increased awareness, engagement and conversion to linear tune-in. The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launch from start to end. This individual must have great attention to detail, be proactive, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in full execution of digital media planning and buying
• Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads manager, Google Ads, DV360 or similar programmatic partner.
• Google Campaign Manager or similar Ad Server
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, story-telling and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must be willing to work from office in Doral, FL
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of digital research tools such as comScore, Nielsen, etc. to inform media planning
• Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence tools
• Passion for social media and current social trends
• Experience with tracking and onboarding tune-in study measurement campaigns (Videoamp, SambaTV etc)
• Experience working with social media and activating paid social campaigns
• Meta Certification or TikTok Certification (Media Planning or Media Buying) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of one or more social analytics, listening and/or insights tools i.e. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, ListenFirst, Tubular, Creator IQ, Comscore Shareablee
• Strong Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to derive actionable insights from Data
• Ability to leverage company-approved AI tools to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital media plans and strategy for TelevisaUnivision property launches; collaborate with internal depts. to find synergies and research data to support and amplify tactics.
• Lead campaign execution: trafficking, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360 programmatic, Spotify ads etc.) and lead communication for digital media buys (LG Ads, Vizio, etc.) and influencer campaigns.
• Track and interpret results as it relates to main KPIs, making real-time optimizations to increase the effectiveness of campaigns as well as all campaigns that have tune-in study measurement appended to them.
• Collaborate with creative team and update creative deliverables documents to communicate deadlines and creative needs.
• Implement A/B tests, learn processes to improve efficiency and drive growth; including, but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Create VPAID, VAST and 1x1 tags within Google Campaign Manager to track all paid media campaigns with appropriate UTM parameters.
• Aid in daily reporting and campaign presentations, leveraging in-house business intelligence tools
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Update trackers in real-time and track pacing of all campaign spend and performance
