About The Position

Lantern is hiring a digital marketer to build and run its digital properties and campaigns and develop its account-based marketing (ABM) engine. The role turns go-to-market priorities into targeted, multi-touch campaigns across email, social, and paid digital, reaching buying groups at target accounts. The Digital Marketing Manager owns HubSpot as the primary marketing platform and creates reporting to show how marketing drives pipeline and revenue. The role works closely with Go-To-Market and sales, combining strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution in HubSpot, and clear communication of results to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years running ABM programs; ideally in technology, software, data/AI, or professional services.
  • Advanced hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, custom reports, and dashboards.
  • A record of running email programs and nurture strategies with measurable gains in engagement and conversion.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and paid social campaigns, including account-based targeting and budget management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard development, explaining attribution, tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, and presenting results clearly to executives.
  • Experience aligning closely with sales on target accounts, lead handoffs, and pipeline goals.
  • Clear, persuasive writing skills for email, social, and advertising copy.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run several campaigns at once without sacrificing quality.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or Reporting.
  • Experience with ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or Bombora.
  • Power BI or Excel skills for advanced marketing analytics.
  • Experience marketing to developer, data, or AI audiences.
  • Experience with partner co-marketing, such as cloud or technology alliance partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Go-To-Market and sales to define and prioritize target account lists, ideal customer profiles, and buying-group personas.
  • Design and launch tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) with messaging tailored by industry, account, and role.
  • Coordinate multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, web, and sales outreach.
  • Track account engagement, intent signals, and funnel progression, and flag accounts ready for sales.
  • Own the email program, including strategy, segmentation, copy, build, quality assurance, deployment, and optimization.
  • Build automated nurture flows, workflows, and lead-scoring models in HubSpot for each persona and buying stage.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on email subject lines, content, calls to action, and send timing.
  • Maintain email deliverability, clean lists, and program compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Plan and manage organic and paid social, especially LinkedIn, including account-targeted ads, Matched Audiences, Sponsored Content, and Thought Leader Ads.
  • Create social campaigns that support ABM programs, product launches, partner moments, and events.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and pacing, shifting spend toward better-performing channels and audiences.
  • Serve as Lantern's in-house HubSpot expert across Marketing Hub and, where relevant, Sales Hub.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and campaign tracking.
  • Establish and enforce data hygiene, UTM standards, naming conventions, and property structure.
  • Work with sales on CRM handoffs, lead routing, service-level agreements, and HubSpot integrations, including LinkedIn, webinar platforms, and enrichment tools.
  • Build and own marketing dashboards in HubSpot, using Power BI or Excel for deeper analysis, to report campaign-, channel-, and account-level performance.
  • Report on target-account engagement and coverage, MQL/SQL conversion, sourced and influenced pipeline, velocity, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.
  • Set up campaign attribution and provide leadership with monthly and quarterly readouts, insights, and recommendations.
  • Use data to test and improve audiences, content, channels, and spend.
  • Run digital programs before and after events, including target-account invitations, nurture, social amplification, and follow-up sequences, to help convert events into pipeline.
