About The Position

Reporting to the HR Director and Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing & HR Coordinator supports marketing communications, website content, employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. The position helps ensure consistent communication with customers and employees while supporting company culture, digital content initiatives, and administrative processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain website content, promotions, product information, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Develop and publish customer-focused content, including blog articles, educational resources, and promotional materials.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate content updates across digital platforms.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility, customer engagement, and search rankings.
• Support email marketing, social media, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns through content creation and coordination.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to develop relevant customer content.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, application reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Prepare interview packets and coordinate onboarding and orientation activities.
• Establish and maintain employee personnel files and employment documentation.
• Process employee paperwork, including benefits, leave requests, status changes, and related personnel records.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing and HR administration.
• Assist with employee appreciation events, recognition programs, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
• Support communication of employee programs and company activities.
• Promote and reinforce ABC Auto Parts values, culture, and employee experience.
