  • Concept, script, storyboard, and produce short videos (Reels/Shorts-style) from existing assets and new footage; optimize content for each platform’s format, length, captions, and best practices.
  • Support on-site and in-house video shoots (setup, lighting, audio, framing); edit footage into polished deliverables (cuts, color correction, basic motion graphics, titles, audio leveling, captioning) and export platform-ready versions.
  • Create digital-first assets (copy, images, simple graphics, short clips) and repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, demos, application stories) into social-ready formats.
  • Help monitor comments and messages, route technical questions to subject-matter experts, and escalate issues appropriately; support engagement activities that build credibility and reach.
  • Coordinate and execute basic website content changes in the CMS (landing pages, blogs/news, product/application pages) and ensure content accuracy, link integrity, and consistent messaging. Conduct site audits for content accuracy.
  • Assist in planning and execution of digital advertising programs that complement organic efforts, including geo-fencing (event and location-based targeting), website retargeting, and always-on awareness/consideration campaigns; coordinate creative versions, audiences, flight dates, budgets, and campaign QA.
  • Support new-customer acquisition efforts by building and maintaining target audiences (e.g., contextual and categorical targeting, account/industry segments, and CRM-based matched audiences). Partner with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with CRM segments and lifecycle stages and ensure messaging is consistent across touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (impressions, reach, clicks/CTR, view-throughs, landing-page engagement, conversions where applicable); recommend optimizations based on performance, audience quality, and website behavior. Coordinate pixel/tag needs and ensure tracking is implemented appropriately.
  • Track performance by channel and content type; produce recurring summaries highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and recommended next actions based on data.
