About The Position

Headway is hiring a Digital Marketing Channel Manager to lead affiliate and creator/influencer marketing on the Patient Growth Marketing team. The team helps people find affordable, in-network mental health care. The role is responsible for expanding Headway’s presence in paid and organic listicles, identifying relevant sponsorships, and building the creator and influencer program through Impact. The channel manager will own channel scale and cost, develop ways to measure incrementality, and cultivate lasting publisher, creator, and partner relationships while working closely with the Brand team.

Requirements

Hands-on experience running affiliate, listicle, and creator or influencer programs, including on platforms such as Impact.
Ability to manage both scale and efficiency, growing volume while holding CAC.
Understanding of incrementality and methods for measuring it in channels that are difficult to measure.
Strong relationship-building skills with publishers, creators, and partners.
Ability to maintain brand alignment while allowing creators to retain their own voice.

Responsibilities

Get Headway listed on relevant paid listicles and negotiate placement, rank, and terms.
Earn organic listicle placements through outreach, public relations, and publisher relationships.
Find and test contextually relevant sponsorships, including mental health podcasts, newsletters, and communities.
Build and manage the creator and influencer program through Impact, including sourcing, contracts, briefs, and payouts.
Partner with the Brand team to ensure partners and creators follow brand guidelines and healthcare claims rules.
Grow the channel against scale and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals, and measure its incrementality.
