About the position

The job overview for the Digital Account Executive role at ClickUp is to support smaller customers in a digital sales motion. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline
  • Follow up with leads and report sales activity in CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously develop knowledge of solutions and market to effectively position offerings to customers
  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize target customers
  • Utilize digital sales channels to generate leads and establish relationships with customers
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred, with a track record of success.
