About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. The PCT provides direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through dialysis treatment. Dialysis experience or certification is preferred, but DaVita will train the right candidate. Paid training combines classroom instruction with hands-on training. The clinic operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 4:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PCTs typically work 3–4 days per week, including at least two Saturdays per month, and may be asked to start as early as 4:00 a.m. During training, hours may vary, but teammates typically work 32–40 hours per week. The position requires a flexible schedule that can accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The clinic has 17 chairs and schedules 1–2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift, depending on patient census. Teammates may need to float between local clinics. DaVita offers a clinical ladder with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation, reimbursement for a Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license, ongoing education, and career development programs. The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, backup child and elder care, Headspace, an Employee Assistance Program, and parental leave.
