About The Position

U-Haul is hiring a Detail Specialist to clean and detail trucks and trailers at its Orlando, Florida location. The role helps keep the company’s fleet in top condition for customers. Detail Specialists work in a production-line detailing bay and use U-Haul proprietary technology, company-provided tools, and industry-standard safety equipment. This position can provide an opportunity to learn on the job and advance to other roles within the company. Team members may also pursue training through U-Haul’s Technician Training Program, including Ford and GMC classes. U-Haul describes a family atmosphere and offers a paid hands-on working interview. Requirements

Driver’s license.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
Regular attendance.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Must not use nicotine products, consistent with U-Haul’s stated hiring practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

Clean and buff trucks and trailers.
Remove decals from damaged equipment leaving the fleet and prepare the equipment for sale.
Use industry-standard safety equipment.
Work in a production-line environment.
Willingly assist in additional areas as necessary, following the supervisor’s directives and guidance.
Use U-Haul proprietary technology to care for field vehicles.
