Art of Drawers is growing in West Michigan and seeking talented designers to lead in-home consultations, uncover client needs, and recommend custom organization solutions that add style, function, and accessibility to everyday spaces. We provide the training - you provide the passion and motivation. Serve West Michigan homeowners with a premium product. Enjoy flexible scheduling and growth opportunities. Receive comprehensive training and support. Earn strong commission potential between $80-120 per hour based on performance.
Requirements
- Complete 8-hours of designer training on products, sales techniques and software
- Obtain a Designer Kit with samples and materials for creating solutions
- Receive personalized business cards
- Access to a tablet for in-home consultations and showcasing completed projects
- Deposit for Designer Kit (refundable options available)
- Complete 5 practice appointments
- Achieve one self-generated sale before taking on pre-set Art of Drawers appointments
- Be excited about products, enjoy helping people and motivated to find solutions
Responsibilities
- Complete initial designer training and meet certification requirements
- Guide homeowners through personalized, in-home design consultations
- Keep calendar up to date for scheduling
- Possess basic computer skills and upload all sales documentation into software
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills
- Have your own phone, laptop, printer and reliable transportation
