About The Position
At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use their skills in reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems to help clients with custom storage solutions. No design degree or experience is required, as complete training will be provided. The role involves presenting the product line through in-home design consultations. Designers generate their own appointments through personal relationships and introductions, with no cold calling, door-to-door, or telemarketing involved. Designers set their own schedules and can work part-time or full-time.
Requirements
- Great at reading people.
- Skilled in making recommendations.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service (e.g., behind the bar).
- Ability to complete a 30-day certification path.
- Willingness to complete Ignite certification training.
- Ability to travel to headquarters for training.

Responsibilities
