Sales Representative - W2, Uncapped Commission!
About The Position
West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative, titled Design Consultant, to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role delivers the company’s sales method and secures customer agreements for its home improvement products and services, including bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. Sales appointments are approximately two hours, and leads are warm and pre-set; cold-calling and lead generation are not required. The position follows a monthly rotating schedule: weeks 1–2 are Monday through Friday, with availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; weeks 3–4 are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The representative also attends weekly team meetings and training workshops. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission, with stated earnings potential of $200,000 or more.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect with people in an environment.
- Competitive nature and drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles may also be relevant.
- Valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
