About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring Design and Sales Consultants to help residential customers organize their homes. Consultants receive pre-set appointments and marketing materials, and can work flexibly from home. The company provides complete sales and design training, including 12 weeks of paid sales training; no prior experience is necessary. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. It designs, manufactures, and installs custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and related products. Requirements

Exceptional ability to build a positive client experience.
Ability to follow the company’s training process.
Growth mindset and willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials.
Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on products and services.
Follow the sales training process and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
