About The Position

This is a lead dentist role, Managing Clinical Director, at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and exercising clinical judgment and leadership. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care, along with learning and development, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling. The role includes the opportunity to own a practice through the Practice Ownership Program. Compensation is listed as $200,000–$300,000, with location-specific offers of a $25,000 signing incentive and a $7,500 relocation stipend. The position is full-time. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects the dentist’s clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
