About The Position

Clear Lakes Dental is expanding and building in Duluth, MN. We are seeking dentists interested in joining our team, with opportunities to pre-register for a dentist position or to be assisted in launching their own clinic. We offer a new model where dentists can become owners rather than just associates. Our program provides clear, structured, and supported opportunities for 50% to 100% ownership, allowing dentists to buy into existing clinics or become lead partners in new ones. We do not have non-compete clauses and offer transparent compensation starting at a $180,000 guarantee, with commission that grows from 30% of collections by +2% annually up to 40%. Our compensation is guaranteed, ensuring real stability. The ownership track is a significant aspect, supporting dentists who wish to move into clinic leadership, autonomy, and long-term wealth-building through partnership in existing locations, leading new clinics, or transitioning into multi-location ownership, with provided infrastructure, financial modeling, and mentorship.
