About The Position

Jim Click Ford is seeking an experienced, certified technician to work in its high-volume service department in Tucson, Arizona. The Certified / Mainline Technician diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns, completes manufacturer-specific work, and documents repairs and diagnostic findings. Requirements

• Previous mainline technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs.
• Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services.
• Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information.
• Follow Hyundai repair standards and dealership procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians.
