About The Position
Tuttle-Click Hyundai in Irvine is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to help customers find suitable vehicle solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is customer-facing and suited to someone who enjoys working with people, is results-oriented, and wants to develop a long-term career with a California dealer group. The dealership emphasizes training, structure, professional leadership, collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Compensation may include hourly pay and commission. The anticipated hourly pay range is $16.90 to $38.00, with actual pay determined by experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Commission is not guaranteed and may be $0.00 when no sales are made; there is no fixed upper limit other than sales performance. Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally.
- Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes.
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.
