About The Position

Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall is seeking a reliable, motivated Sales Lot Attendant to help keep vehicle inventory clean, organized, properly staged, and ready for sale. This hands-on role supports the sales team and contributes to a positive customer experience at a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. The position offers steady work, a supportive team environment, and potential to develop automotive experience and grow within the Jim Click Automotive Group.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Park, move, and organize vehicles on the sales lot and in the showroom safely and efficiently.
• Keep vehicles clean, properly staged, and sales-ready.
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed.
• Install and remove window stickers, dealer plates, and promotional materials.
• Visually inspect vehicles and promptly report damage or other issues.
• Retrieve vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries.
• Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with vehicle inventory counts, dealership events, and lot re-sets.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and vehicle handling standards.
