About The Position

Tonkin Gresham Hyundai is seeking a motivated, dependable Sales Lot Attendant to help create a positive first impression for customers. The role maintains the appearance and organization of vehicle inventory and supports the sales team in providing a strong customer experience. It may offer a starting point for a longer-term career in automotive sales, service, management, or dealership operations. The position is full-time in Gresham, Oregon, with an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $20.00. The work takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves moving and handling vehicles throughout the day.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have a positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot.
• Move, park, and stage vehicles for display and customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for presentation.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot appearance.
• Conduct regular lot inspections and report vehicle concerns.
• Support the sales department with vehicle retrieval and customer needs.
• Keep dealership grounds neat, clean, and professional.
• Follow safety procedures while driving and handling vehicles.
