About The Position

Tonkin Gresham Hyundai is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Lot Attendant to help create a positive first impression for customers. The role maintains and organizes vehicle inventory, supports the sales team, and helps ensure vehicles and dealership grounds are clean, orderly, and ready for customers. It may provide an entry point to a long-term career in the automotive industry, with opportunities for internal promotion and advancement. The work is fast-paced and includes hands-on training in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot.
• Move, park, and stage vehicles for display and customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot appearance.
• Perform regular lot inspections and report vehicle concerns.
• Support the sales department with vehicle retrieval and customer needs.
• Keep dealership grounds neat, clean, and professional.
• Follow all safety procedures while driving and handling vehicles.
