About The Position

A physician-owned, physician-led multispecialty group in Northeast Florida is hiring a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility Physician to lead post-acute care across its SNF partner facilities. This is a facility-based role working inside skilled nursing facilities, not in a clinic. The physician will supervise and collaborate with an established APRN team that handles day-to-day rounding. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or hospital rounding. After-hours calls are handled by a dedicated ED/after-hours physician service. The group offers a $250,000–$275,000 base salary depending on experience, plus a monthly productivity bonus; total compensation above $300,000 is typical. The group has a large, established multispecialty network across Northeast Florida, with primary care, specialty, and administrative support. It describes itself as stable and growing, with long-standing relationships with every major health system in the market.
