About The Position

This is a full-time lead dentist role, titled Managing Clinical Director, at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric team and exercising clinical judgment and leadership. Aspen Dental Management provides non-clinical business support, including finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, and learning and development, allowing the dentist to focus on patients. The position offers an annual salary of $200,000–$300,000+, a $25,000 signing incentive, and opportunities for implant and surgical extraction training. The role also offers flexible scheduling, continuing education, surgical training, potential practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program, and a benefits package.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
