About The Position

This is a lead dentist role, identified as Managing Clinical Director, at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and mentoring dentists and other dental professionals. Aspen Dental Management, Inc. provides non-clinical business support so the dentist can focus on clinical work. The role also includes working with the Operations team on financial objectives, keeping current through continuing education, and representing Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
