About The Position

This is a full-time lead dentist role, also described as Managing Clinical Director, at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care and leads a patient-centric clinical team, while Aspen Dental Management provides non-clinical business support so the dentist can focus on clinical work. The role includes comprehensive exams and diagnosis, treatment planning and discussion with patients, and efficient, high-quality clinical treatment. The dentist also mentors and coaches new dentists and the broader dental team, maintains professional knowledge through continuing education, and works with the Operations team on financial objectives. The position offers a stated salary range of $300,000–$450,000 per year, a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee, potential relocation stipend, and profit-sharing compensation. Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
