About The Position

Dental A Team is hiring an experienced Dental Practice Consultant to join their growing team. This role is for individuals with professional Dental Consulting, Dental Coaching, or Dental Practice Management experience who live in Texas. The position is full-time, offering a blend of remote and on-site work, with the opportunity to impact dental practices nationwide. The consultant will provide personalized practice management consulting, dental coaching, and operational strategy, both virtually and in-person, to drive growth, profitability, and improvement for dental professionals and their teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dental Business Consultant or Dental Practice Consultant
  • Strong understanding of dental office processes, practice management, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, leadership development, and interpersonal skills — positive, energetic, and ready to bring fun into your work
  • Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime
  • Driven by personal and professional growth
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented spirit
  • Must be located in Texas, or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Dental Consulting experience with a dental consulting company
  • Experience as an Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, or Scheduling Coordinator
  • Experience building and leading high-performing leadership and dental teams
  • Experience coaching dentists to become savvy business owners and strong leaders
  • Knowledge of tracking and driving results using dental KPIs and practice management data
  • Experience leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group training sessions

Responsibilities

  • Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives
  • Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans
  • Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed

  • Mentor dental teams with constructive feedback and motivational support
