About The Position

Aspen Dental dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers who partner with doctors to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. The role offers autonomy and time for thorough, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. Practices are independently owned and operated and benefit from the resources of a national network. Part-time opportunities are available, with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. Hygienists receive structured two-week onboarding and training, digital tools and workflows, mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team, and ongoing learning through TAG University. Technology includes voice-activated periodontal charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI. Compensation is $48–$52 per hour, plus an uncapped incentive plan. Requirements

Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
