About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care as a clinical partner to the doctor. The hygienist has autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients. The role is supported by a modern clinical environment, advanced technology, structured onboarding, hands-on training, and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Opportunities are available on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis, with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day.

The position includes a two-week onboarding and training program, digital tools and workflows for charting and clinical decision-making, and ongoing learning through TAG University. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and other purposes. Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
