About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care as an empowered clinician and trusted provider. The hygienist partners with the doctor and has autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without being rushed. The role is open to new graduates and experienced hygienists and includes structured onboarding, hands-on training, and support in a modern clinical environment.

The position offers manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, digital tools and workflows, and mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team. Hygienists can gain hands-on experience with voice-activated periodontal charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI. Ongoing learning and career development are available through TAG University, including in-person and virtual programs and continuing education.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
