About The Position

Aspen Dental dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers who partner with doctors while independently assessing oral health, recommending care based on clinical indicators, and educating patients. The role supports patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology, structured onboarding, hands-on training, and clinical mentorship. Practices are independently owned and operated, with support and resources from a national network.

Opportunities are available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Schedules are designed to allow thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care, with approximately 5–7 patients per day. Hygienists receive two weeks of onboarding and training, ongoing support from the Hygiene Support Team, and access to continuing education and career-development programs through TAG University.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Assess oral health and recommend care based on clinical indicators.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage schedules and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients about their oral health and recommended care.
