About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care as an empowered clinician and trusted oral health provider. The hygienist partners with the doctor and has autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without being rushed.

The role is offered in full-time, part-time, or PRN arrangements. Hygienists work in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology, structured two-week onboarding, hands-on training, manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, and mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team. Digital tools and workflows support charting and clinical decision-making. TAG University provides in-person and virtual learning programs and continuing education to support career growth.

Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc. Benefits and incentives may vary by location and are subject to terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage the schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
