About The Position
My Family Dental Southfield is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join its established, patient-focused practice in Southfield. The practice describes itself as technology-forward, with a large patient base and a positive, team-oriented culture. Its tools include a Trios intraoral scanner, Pearl AI, Eaglesoft, and CBCT. The care schedule includes one-hour recall appointments and 1.5-hour scaling and root planing appointments. The posted schedule is Monday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. The role offers $53–$57 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a monthly bonus opportunity. Requirements
- Michigan Dental Hygiene License, or currently awaiting licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a warm interpersonal style.
- Experience or training in full-spectrum dental hygiene, including periodontal charting, X-rays, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and patient education.
Responsibilities
