About The Position

MoreSmiles Dental Spa is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the Greater Mandeville Area. The practice offers modern technology, including CBCT and Cavitron, Denticon practice management software, 50–60-minute patient appointments, and a collaborative team of seven professionals. The hygienist will work alongside Dr. James Moreau and Dr. Mekari in a welcoming environment focused on excellent patient care and long-term relationships.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The position is full-time at 28 hours per week and is eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Active Louisiana hygienist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training.
• At least 1 year of clinical RDH experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients during check-ups.
• Review patients’ histories.
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Document areas of existing restorations.
• Use X-rays.
• Instruct patients in oral hygiene techniques and work with them on their oral hygiene.
• Conduct screenings.
• Assist patients with oral hygiene.
