About The Position

Phillips, Cooper & Associates is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist for its Washington, DC practice. The hygienist will provide preventive and periodontal care, build lasting relationships with patients, and partner with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive, patient-centered care. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers a consistent four-day work week, an hourly rate based on experience and skills with an advertised range of up to $75 per hour, monthly hygiene production performance incentive opportunities, and eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Active Washington, DC Dental Hygienist license.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with patients and help them understand their oral health.
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
