About The Position

WM Dental Care is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Dental Hygienist who shares the practice’s vision for providing best-in-class patient care. The role offers an hourly starting rate of $40, with an opportunity to earn a performance bonus through the Healthy Hygiene Program (HHP), which is tied to standard of care and clinical excellence. Full-time hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The position includes a hygiene-focused continuing education curriculum with at least 16 CE credits, along with professional development opportunities through NADG’s Healthy Hygiene Lifestyle programs. Hygiene Infusion is a 12-week career growth and development program that rewards 16 CE credits. Hygiene Hub connects hygienists with more than 450 patient-focused peers.
