About The Position

Door County Dental Care is seeking a caring, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join its established private practice in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Founded more than 30 years ago, the practice serves generations of local families and emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care, lasting patient relationships, and community connection. The role offers a supportive, collaborative team culture focused on quality patient care rather than production pressure.

Compensation is $45.00–$50.00 per hour, with compensation increasing based on skills and experience, and uncapped bonus potential. A competitive benefits package is available, including medical coverage, 401(k), and PTO. The practice is open to full-time or part-time schedules. Its regular schedule is Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday off, Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, providing a consistent four-day work week.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License.
• Current CPR Certification.
