About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced dental front desk team member to join our practice. Dental experience is required. Experience with Dentrix and dental insurance is especially preferred.
Requirements
- Previous dental front desk experience
- Dental experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Dentrix
- Experience with dental insurance, eligibility, benefits, and claims
- Comfortable with treatment estimates and patient financial discussions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
