About The Position

MINT Dentistry is hiring a Dental Front Desk team member, also referred to as a Patient Concierge, to serve as the first and last impression for patients. The role helps create a welcoming, high-quality patient experience and supports smooth daily operations in a fast-paced dental office. The position also represents MINT Dentistry’s brand in the office and online, including participating in social media opportunities when needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience; dental or front desk experience is a plus.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Warm, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people.
Social media savvy and comfortable with photo opportunities or sharing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome.
Manage the daily schedule to maintain smooth and efficient patient flow.
Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements.
Support the clinical team and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
Represent MINT Dentistry as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer, maintaining a confident and professional image.
Participate in social media opportunities and help share the MINT experience online when needed.
Build connections with patients, teammates, and the community.
